This is a four-part 12-hour webinar style training series that is the EXTENDED version of TDLR course number 28202, covering many of the most significant changes in the 2023 version of the National Electrical Code and more. This course is based on IEC’s “A Complete Guide to the 2023 NEC ® Changes” book. Notable author Ryan Jackson, who has written several books covering the National Electrical Code, will be our presenter of this webinar series. Everyone that installs, inspects or designs electrical systems, products or equipment needs to know the changes to and how to understand the code that keeps everyone safe!
This course satisfies the mandatory four (4) hours of your annual Electrician Continuing Education Requirement from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), and is based on the 2023 National Electrical Code®, as well as the 2024 NFPA 70E® – Electrical Safety in the Workplace and Texas Electrician Laws and Administrative Rules of TDLR.
You will need to complete at least (2) hours of the 2023 NEC® changes and all of part four (4) of this course to receive credit for the class.
THIS COURSE MUST BE COMPLETED BY NOVEMBER 6, 2024 TO RECEIVE CREDIT FOR THE CLASS!
The course video stream will STOP if you leave the web browser page and CONTINUE where you left off upon your return requiring your attention for the duration of the program. Plan accordingly!
Upon conclusion of the webinar and at the end of Part 4 you will be provided a “Control” number and email address to send notice of completion at which time IEC will provide you a completion certificate and report your training hours to TDLR.
